When a new probate case is filed in one of your counties, we match the filing against property records and identity databases to locate and verify the personal representative. Each lead includes:

  • PR name and role (administrator or executor)
  • PR mailing address, including out-of-state addresses
  • PR phone and email, where available
  • Attorney of record with contact details, when an attorney is named on the case

You can also filter by petitioner phone or email inside the platform, so a calling session can start with a list where every row has a number.
